Panel International Limited provides subscription-based digital software tools for AI-powered fashion design, rendering, image editing, fit preview, and related visual workflow support across apparel, bags, footwear, jewelry, and accessories.
This website sells digital software access only. Trial access, subscription access, credits, and related account entitlements are delivered to the user account after activation or payment. No physical goods are shipped from this website.
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activity that occurs under their accounts.
Public plan pricing currently includes Starter at $30 per month or $288 per year, and Plus at $85 per month or $816 per year. Monthly plans renew every 30 days and yearly plans renew every 12 months unless canceled before the next renewal date. Yearly plans are billed upfront for the full annual term. Pricing, credits, and included features are described on the pricing page and may be updated from time to time for future billing periods.
Customers can cancel from account billing controls when available or by emailing [email protected] from the account email before the next renewal date. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Unless required by law, cancellation does not create a prorated refund for the current paid term, and paid access remains active until the end of the billing period already purchased.
Platform usage may be measured through credits, quotas, or similar internal units. The public site structure includes a 24-hour free trial with 1,000 bonus credits, 100 daily free credits after trial where available, plan credits that renew every 30 days, and separately purchased credits that may remain valid for up to 1 year where offered.

Customers may not misuse the service, interfere with platform operations, or use the platform for unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, or abusive conduct.
The platform is intended for professional and commercial design workflows, subject to these Terms and any additional plan restrictions or licensing terms communicated to the user.
Refunds are handled according to the published Refund Policy. First-time Starter and Plus purchases can be requested within 7 days. Renewal charges, separately purchased credits, and custom team invoices are generally non-refundable unless required by law or caused by a verified billing error.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, non-payment, platform abuse, fraud prevention, or legal necessity.
